What are your shipping charges?
Spend PKR 2000 or more, and we'll ship it for free anywhere in Pakistan! If your order is under PKR 2000, no worries – you can still get it delivered for just PKR 200. Happy shopping!
How many days does it take for the order to be shipped?
Your goodies are like VIPs on a fun road trip! Expect them at your door in 3-5 business days.
What is your Exchange Policy?
We want you jumping for joy with your purchase! But, if by any chance it doesn't hit the right notes, here's the lowdown on exchanges:
Keep it fresh: Unused, brand-spankin'-new, and donning that original tag.
The clock's ticking: Purchased within the last 10 days.
Now, for the twist – we'll only tango with exchanges if we goofed on the size or color. If the dance floor doesn't vibe with your size, you've got a ticket to the remix – just cover the shipping charges and swap out the old one with the delivery Rockstar.
