RETURN AND EXCAHNGE POLICY
EXCHANGE
Our exchange policy requires returned products to be unworn, unwashed, and equipped with original tags within 15 days of the purchase date. Exchanges are facilitated in cases customers find their ordered sizes unsuitable or want to replace with another product. Customer needs to return the product via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his/her own expense to our address. Delivery charges are non-refundable. We will dispatch the exchanged product, whose delivery cost will be on customer.
Products can be exchanged for the same priced product or higher, a store credit coupon will be issued if the exchanged product price is lower than the original order value.
Incase the article has been further discounted from the time of purchase, the exchange will be made at the purchase price.
REPLACEMENT
Products can be returned if they are identified as damaged, defective or incorrect order (delivered with wrong size or wrong product) at the time of delivery. Customers are required to arrange for the return via traceable delivery methods such as courier or registered post at their expense. Delivery charges are non-refundable. We will dispatch the replaced product (only in same size and article), whose delivery cost will be on us.
We only accept returns of unworn or unwashed products with original tags within 10 days of purchase.
RETURN/ REFUND:
Only in case of receiving a damaged or defective order, and customer does not wish for replacement, we issue a 100% store credit for the invoice discounted price of the order, excluding shipping. Refund claim is accepted within 10 days of purchase. Customer needs to return the product via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his/her own expense to our address. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Refund request is only initiated once damaged/defective product is received at our consumer returns department. It's important to note that cash refunds are not provided for returns; customers will receive refunds in the form of store credit coupon within 7 days of receiving the return goods from customer. Shipping costs remain non-refundable.

Follow these simple steps to return, exchange or get a refund to your item purchased from the online store:
Complete the form: If you wish to return, exchange any product of your order or get a refund, please complete this form and include it with your return shipment. Please click here to download return form.
Repack Product: Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, along with the Return Form are included with your return shipment.
Please return goods with a copy of the purchase invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.

ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order at any time before the shipping process. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or message from the courier company with a tracking number against your order.
LATCH reserves the right to cancel your order for reasons including, unavailability of stock, declined payment, or inaccurate pricing.
