Orders & Payment

How do I place an order? Browse our collections, choose your size and colour, add items to your cart and check out. You'll get an order confirmation by SMS and email.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Cash on delivery, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers.

Can I change or cancel my order? Yes, if it hasn't been dispatched. Contact us on WhatsApp or email orders@wearlatch.com as soon as possible.

Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size? Each product page has a size chart. Measure your waist and hips and compare. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a relaxed fit.

Do your sizes run small or large? Our sizes are true to standard Pakistani sizing.

What if my size doesn't fit? You can exchange for a different size within 14 days under our Happiness Guarantee.

Fabric & Care

What fabric does Latch use? Most of our innerwear is made from soft, breathable cotton with spandex for stretch. Exact composition is listed on every product page.

How should I wash my Latch innerwear? Machine wash cold with similar colours, avoid bleach, and line dry or tumble dry low to keep the fabric and elastic in shape.

Will it shrink? Our fabrics are pre-shrunk. Washing cold and avoiding high heat keeps shrinkage to a minimum.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you deliver all over Pakistan? Yes, we deliver nationwide, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and smaller cities.

How long does delivery take? 2-4 working days in major cities, 4-6 in other areas.

How much is shipping? Free on orders above Rs. 4,000.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the 14-Day Happiness Guarantee? If you're not happy with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery for an exchange.

Can I return innerwear? For hygiene reasons, innerwear must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging.
