Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping:
Orders are shipped after confirmation. Tracking details are shared upon dispatch. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange:
Allowed within 15 days for unused items with original tags. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Exchanges are for same or higher value items.

Replacement:
For damaged or incorrect items, request within 10 days. Return shipping by customer; replacement delivery by us.

Returns & Refunds:
Only for damaged/defective items within 10 days. Customers may exchange for a product of equal value. No cash refunds.

Order Cancellation:
Allowed before shipment only.
