Return & Exchange Policy
Our 14-Day Happiness Guarantee: If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
- Eligible items: Unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging. For hygiene reasons, innerwear that has been worn or has seals removed cannot be returned.
- Non-returnable: Sale items and free gifts.
How to request:
- WhatsApp or email us your order number, the item and the reason.
- We'll confirm and share return instructions.
- Once we receive and check the item, we'll send your exchange or issue a store credit within 7 working days.
Damaged or wrong item: Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace it at no cost.
